Kim Kardashian has made no attempts to hide the fact that she and husband Kanye West have been trying really hard to have a second child and now their efforts have paid off as the reality TV star revealed on the mid-season finale of Keeping up with the Kardashians that she is pregnant.
In the teaser of the show Kim Kardashian can be seen telling her sister Khloe Kardashian that she got her blood work back from the doctor and she’s pregnant.
