Ten-year-old girl who was bullied about her weight debuts her own plus-size clothing line at NYFW

A ten-year-old New Yorker who was teased at school is likely making her bullies incredibly jealous these days — because how many of them can say they've shown a collection of clothing at New York Fashion Week?
Egypt Ufele, who goes by Ify, didn't let those fifth-grade bullies at her Queens school keep her down, and instead took the very thing they made fun of her for and used it to make a name for herself in the fashion world.
'I turned negative attention into positive attention,' she told the Today show, shortly after showing her debut collection at Fashion Week this weekend.
Ify said that some of the other kids would give her a hard time for her weight, explaining: 'I was bullied and they called me all kinds of names. One time I got stabbed with a pencil.'
Instead of wallowing and changing herself because of their taunts, with encouragement from her mom and grandma, she started focusing her energy on fashion
She took the word 'chubby' back — creating her own plus-size fashion line that she calls ChubiiLine (pronounced 'chubby line').
'People tell me I'm good at fashion,' Ify said. 'Sometimes I give my models ideas, and then we agree on it, and I end up making it.'
Ify's been doing the work all along and, according to her grandma Nellie Rembert, takes the process very seriously.
First, the fifth grader started sewing clothes for her dolls by hand. Then, she graduated to grandma's sewing machine, sketching and designing clothes for kids and adults.
'She comes out of school, goes straight into homework, and when other kids are out playing, she's either cutting patterns or she's creating new ideas,' her mom, Dr. Reba Perry, told NY1.

The results — an African-inspired collection packed with bold hues, tribal prints, and shapes that accommodate women and girls of all sizes — have earned her attention from anti-bullying groups and fashion lovers.

She debuted her collection as part of Full Blossom Magazine's 'Face the Sweet' showcase, sending several grown women down the runway in a range of designs.
Though there have been other children to show collections at Fashion Week in the past, Ify is the only one to have dressed plus-size women.

She even helped them get ready backstage, tying them up and making sure they were styled perfectly.
'Being a designer and being at fashion shows are really exciting because you get a lot of attention, and a lot of people ask you what inspires you,' she said.

HELP THE PENIS: KEEP IT CLEAN

The penis is one vital organ for men but women are equally interested in its affair just as men are to the vagina.

The penis must be kept healthy at all times to prevent infection or erectile issues or even affect sperm production. Here are some few points to note.

1. Cleaning the penis.
When bathing, kindly take your time when you get to the penis. Unfortunately, a lot of guys rush or even skip that part and just pour water there. Do you know there are a lot of guys who bath once a day and some dont even bath at all? You can imagine what happens in their panties and boxers. Do not be in a hot or very warm water for a longer period of time as this can temper with sperm production by raising the temperature of the testicles.

2. Check for lumps
Just as women check for lumps by doing self breast examination, men must also do testicular examination. This can be done once a month usually after a warm bath as this will make the scrotum more relaxed or you can make it a habit and do it each once a day.

3. Shake very well.
After urinating, some people do not shake the penis well or at all. This is a bad habit as the urethra may contain some of the urine especially at the meatus or the tip of the penis. If it is not well shook and the pant is worn, it will be wiped by the pant and depending on how long you stay in it, can cause a bad odour and germ. The pant will sooner or later change colour at where the penis rests in the pant.
4. Free range
Ensure that the panties are made of cotton which will give aeration. The penis is usually supported or kept in a ''cell'' the whole day so with all due respect, grant it bail in the night when about to sleep for some fresh air. In other words wear something loose fitting at night and if possible go naked. Wearing tight fitting jeans for long hours can also raise the temperature the testicles require to produce healthy sperms.

5. Avoid the forest.
Don't keep the pubic hair bushy otherwise it becomes difficult to clean the skin. When one sweats, it gathers there so if it's not properly cleaned it can smell and garther germs.

NB: By keeping the penis clean and healthy, you prevent any bacteria from being around the penis. If this is not done, the penis can carry germs to the vagina if unprotected sex is engaged.

Avoid sexual intercourse if the penis produces an unusual discharge with bad odour or when there are sores on the penis. If you go ahead, you will be putting the life of the woman you are having sex with in danger.

SAVE THE VAGINA NOW!!!

To maintain a healthy vagina you must know what to do to avoid infection and it is equally important to educate your sexual partner on some of them to also help you help the vagina.

Here are some few things you can do or avoid.

1. Fingering
During foreplay or romance, as part of it some people insert their finger or fingers into the vagina. The question is, how many people wash their hands before sexual intercourse? Some people do not even keep their nails clean so it gathers a lot of germs and during the fingering, these germs are deposited in the vagina...leading to infection. Same thing apply to autopleasure acts or masturbation.

2. Anal sex
I am not here to tell anybody to have anal sex or not to but I simply want to draw the attention of those who engage in anal sex with the opposite sex that it is dangerous to have anal sex and continue having penovaginal sex. If this is done, the penis will pick bacteria from the anus and deliver them to the vagina even if you are using a condom....which will lead to infection.

3. Quest to make the vagina TIGHT
Some guys complain bitterly about the vagina of their sexual partners. They complain that it's too big and they no more feel any sensation during intercourse. Some ladies are therefore pushed to find a quick solution and in the process some use herbs or other substances in the vagina with the hope of making the vagina tight. Some of the substances cause infection or sepsis. Some of the herbs can cause the vagina to get tighter to the extent that penetration is no more possible. This will require treatment.
4. Douching
Some parents, when bathing for their baby girls put warm water in a milk tin or dip a towel in the warm water and pour the water through a hole made beneath the tin or squeeze the water out of the towel into the vagina of the baby. This is sooooo WRONG as it can damage the hymen.
Some parents also insert ginger or pepper or both into the vagina of adolescents as a form of punishment. This is sooooo WRONG as it can lead to infection.
Some people are use to bathing by adding dettol or other detergents to the water and they put this solution inside the vagina with the help of sponge or towel or just the hand with soap to clean the vagina. This is soooo WRONG as it will change the normal flora in the vagina, leading to infection.

5. Use of water closet
Some people have the habit of not sitting on the seat of the WC when using it so they end up urinating on the seat. The possibility of picking infection when using it in that condition is high. Don't let your pant be at the thigh level when using the WC especially the public ones as the inner of the pant may rub the surface of the WC. Where the water is not running and people have used but have not flushed and you don't have any choice but to also use it, use enough toilet roll to cover before using the WC to avoid any splashes on the vulva.
6. Washing and drying
Develop the habit of disinfecting your panties frequently...depending on the number of pants you have. Keep exclusive panties to wear whenever you are menstruating and don't mix those panties with your regular panties. Pay particular attention to those panties when washing. Ensure that the panties are made of cotton and are dried in the sun or well ironed to kill germs.

7. Change sanitary pads
Some people try to economize the use of their sanitary pads so during the period they tend to still wear the pad because there is little or no blood. This is soooo WRONG as it can lead to infection.

NB: If there is any bad scent from the vagina or there is a discharge coming from the vagina then it might be an infection which you have to have it treated.

Twin babies born in 2 different years

Twins in San Diego are getting some attention because, though born just minutes apart, one has a birthday in 2015 and one in 2016.

Jaelyn Valenica was born New Year's Eve at 11:59 p.m. Her twin brother, Luis Valencia Jr., arrived at 12:01 a.m. on New Year's Day.
KGTV-TV reports that the babies were due at the end of January, but doctors at San Diego Kaiser Permanente Zion Medical Center called the mother in because one was in a breech position.

The father, Luis Valencia, called it a New Year's blessing to have two healthy children.
Photo provided by Kaiser Permanente San Diego shows Maribel Valencia with her husband Luis and their 3-year-old daughter Isabella, left, holding her newborn twins at the San Diego Kaiser Permanente.
